Symptoms
Not able to import csv using FSM upload on Manage Mapping Sets, but able to manually create the same through the UI, however user is able to create few Mapping sets by loading CSV
While loading Mapping Sets through CSV, system is throwing below mentioned error.
ERROR

Insufficient data received from the service. Verify that the service is working correctly. The service URL is http://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/fscmService/MappingSetsService. Contact your help desk
User can load the Default cost profile in the system by performing mentioned steps:-
1. Setup and Maintenance > Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Cost Management > Manage Mapping Sets
2. Actions -> Export
3. Unzip the file to a directory, and insert data into file.
4. Zip back the file
5. Actions -> Import
6. Provide the zip file and submit.
7. Program completes and the above error is shown
