ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RTF template displaying ?? instead of Chinese characters

We are using RTF templates for compensation statement generation and any language that is not roman alphabet (Korean, Chinese, etc.) is not displaying characters but just ?? (question marks).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the statement to generate with appropriate language text and not just ???

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate Compensation Statements.
See that Chinese language does not generate.
