When Trying To Send/Submit a Cost Type Record An Alert Pops Up.

Short Description: Input required.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Sign into Unifier, navigate to the workspace and Create or Open the Cost type Business Process record.
- In the Line Item detail form, Add a line item.
- Select the WBS/CBS Code and populate any other required fields.
- Click on Send/Submit and notice the Alert pops up.
