Symptoms

When attempting to publish item messages to NAM-Prod RMS (via SOAP service), the following error occurs:

Error ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected PLSQL INDEX TABLE got NUMBER returned by program unit RMSSUB_XITEM_POP_RECORD.POPULATE_ZONES.
