Symptoms

Unable to create Agent Integration Channel to configure ODA (Oracle Digital Assistant) with B2C Service Cloud (OSC) for live agent transfer due to the OSC error code OSC-CREST-00012, with the following error in ODA:

"Error attempting to create resource: Request Denied"...Please ensure that the configuration is valid.
