Symptoms
When viewing Strategy Tasks that are assigned to a customer, optional tasks remain open long after the optional wait time has expired. The users run the ESS job for 'Process Strategy Tasks', and it is filled with the following errors:
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Dashboard
Navigation: Profile > Strategies
- The customers have optional work items that remain open, even though the optional wait time has expired.
- Run the ESS job 'Process Strategy Tasks'. There are several errors in the log file, and the optional wait time remains open.
