Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.10.0 version,
When attempting to modify the address of a volunteer project.
the following error occurs.

The value of the attribute Time Zone Code isn't valid
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Volunteering Project
2. Define the Address
3. Error is thrown after Postal Code is populated.
