On : 23.2 version, Shipping and Receiving

Alert message is displayed every time item is scanned when shipment quantity is equal to the SKU's stock on hand

ERROR

"The quantity is greater than the available stock on hand. Is the quantity correct?


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Identify the SKU and take note of the available Stock on hand. SOH should be more than 1 qty.
2. Create RMS transfer with quantity equal to the SKU's stock on hand
3. Login to SIOCS sending store and perform Shipment
4. Create shipment and container then use ‘Use Document’ option
5. Scan the item first quantity
Alert message is displayed. "The quantity is greater than the available stock on hand. Is the quantity correct?"
6. Select Yes in the alert message
7. Continue to scan the remaining quantity.

Due to this issue, users receive a message when there is the available stock to fulfill the transfer.
