Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot add a new custom field to the Help Desk request page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the new custom field will be available in the Actions > Manage columns list of fields on the Help desk request landing page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new custom field in the HR Help Desk object
2. Navigate to HR Help Desk. 
3. Select Actions > Manage columns
4. The custom field is not found.
