Goal
FCEXEC_JOB running long.
A performance issue was observed during a reclassification test. Customer could see, that multiple COST_EVENT_RECLASS entries were created for each single item during one reclassification.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an itemlist
2. Create a reclassification and attach the itemlist
3. Save and submit
