ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a contract, through REST API, in a foreign currency (other than EUR), users get the following error:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

  1. Create the contract along with its BillPlan, RevenuePlan and FlexFields.
  2. Create the contract line.
  3. Create the contract administrator if not present.
  4. Validate the contract to make it Active.
