Logistics Network Modeling (LNM) Not Planning Sell Shipments When Constrained to a Sell Only Itinerary on Project (Doc ID 3007103.1)

Symptoms

A Modeling Project is created in LNM (Logistics Network Modeling) where both the Modeling Project and child Modeling Scenarios are assigned a SELL side Itinerary. When this Modeling Project is run to to create the Scenario Bulk Plans, the shipments created are BUY Shipments, despite the Itinerary indicating that it is only SELL.
