Goal

A Nightly Dimension Build process scheduled after Oracle Nightly maintenance starts at 1:15 AM Mexico Time, today after Dimensions Import DB Refresh failed with below reason "Cube refresh failed with Essbase Cube: ABC, Error code: 1013132, Message: Cannot build dimensions. There are other active users on database [ABC]"

In DB Refresh Job Under Refresh Database section , "Log off all users" and "Stop all active requests" were checked, but still user was not kicked out.
