Import Project With Update Option Showing Wrong Completed Status (Doc ID 3007336.1)

XER imported to update existing project. The expectation is that Activity is not set as 100% complete which is what P6 shows. However this does not happen and the activity remains as 100% complete in OPC.

The start date and finish date do not match with P6 and rescheduling does not work.


Expect the start and finish dates of the activities keep the same in OPC the same as P6 project file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to import P6 XER file to OPC.
  3. Check some of the activities' start and finish date.
  4. The activities shows as completed where as they are not complete in P6.
  5. Schedule does not help.
