Symptoms
By scheduling an ESS Job Create Automatic Billing Adjustments after 6pm , system is skipping to the next day.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Tools and then Scheduled Processes.
2. Go to Submit New Process and search for Create Automatic Billing Adjustments.
Due to this issue, default date from the process is skipping to the next day after 6pm.
