Fusion UK Payroll: When Running Payroll, Fuel Benefit Withdrawn Date Is Ignored (Doc ID 3007428.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Fuel Taxable Benefit was provided to employee from 04 Oct 23 and is ceased as of 26 Nov 23.

After running Payroll, the Fuel Benefit is still calculating and the fuel benefit withdrawn date is completely ignored.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Fuel Benefit should not be calculated.

STEPS
-----------------------

To withdraw the fuel benefit they follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Calculation Cards: Taxable Benefits.
  2. Update the Car Processing details with fuel benefit provided as Checked. (as of 11/26/23)
  3. Update the Fuel Processing details with effective date as of 11/26/23.
  4. Update the Fuel Processing details with Date Fuel Provision withdrawn date as of 11/26/23.
  5. Run Payroll.
  6. The Fuel Benefit is still calculating.
