On Exadata Cloud Service systems with dbaastools version with , fails to purge logs resulting in a file system full.

On affected systems, the permissions of the file /var/opt/oracle/log/cleandblogs/cleandblogs_cron.log  would be "-rw-r--r--" as in the example below (owner can be either 'oracle' or 'grid')

   -rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 6073 Feb 28 12:04 /var/opt/oracle/log/cleandblogs/cleandblogs_cron.log
