On : 23.2 version, Reports

When attempting to download the Stock Count Export report for a stock count that has a large volume of items ( ~1.4 million) from the SIOCS Web client, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 Error downloading the report. Please try again.

Browser Console:

Error calling StockCountService [0: error]
Error calling ReportService [500: Internal Server Error]: Error downloading the report. Please try again.


Steps To Reproduce
--------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PG for a Unit Stock Count
2. Add the PG component for all departments in the store
3. Schedule the count
4. Stock Count generated with 1317836 line items
5. Navigate to Operations > Reports > Stock Count Export > Enter Stock Count ID = 1997
