Symptoms
Problem Description:
An Autocomplete Rule, of type Object Validation was defined to throw an error message if an invalid value is filled in, for a custom Job Requisition DFF. Despite being inactive, it was reported that while trying to create a new Job Requisition, the following error is seen:
JBO-FND::::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: For the replacement position, select the name of the person being replaced. is not in the list of values.
