Symptoms
A Pending Worker receives one of the errors below when attempting to update their primary address or primary phone number:
The phone marked as primary doesn't exist (PER-1532561)
The mail marked as primary doesn't exist (PER-1532562)
Steps taken to reproduce:
1. Login as pending worker
2. Me > Contact Info
3. Update the primary address and/or primary phone number
4. Error received
