ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are unexpected duplicated records in the "Review Status" screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be only one status record per file in the "Review Status" screen.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service
2. Upload a promotion via induction
3. Open the Review Status screen in Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service
   - see only one status record per file
4. Open the Review Status screen in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service  
   - see 2 status records for the same file and upload

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user are irritated seeing duplicate status information.
