Invoices Not Posting To CFIN, Connection Failure To CFIN Service (Doc ID 3007707.1)

Invoices are failing to post to CFIN, and there's an issue with connecting to the CFIN service. Although invoices are being posted to the EXT_FIN_SYSTEM_FILES_CONTENT table, the status shows as 'N', indicating failure. The logs indicate the following error:

Failed to connect to CFIN service. Check INVOICE_HEADER INVOICE_DETAIL adapter logs for more information.
