On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom OTBI report for Opportunities using Sales CRM Pipeline subject area, customer wants to filter using Recur Start Date filter using Year. But No results appear
But when they filter using either Revenue Creation Date - Year or Opportunity Creation Date - Year, they are seeing the results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see results filtering by Recur Start Date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom report using Sales CRM Pipeline
2. Add Filter
3. No Results display
4. Change the filter either Revenue Creation Date - Year or Opportunity Creation Date - Year
5. results appear
