OutBound RestAPI For More Than 30s Throw Exception (Doc ID 3007850.1)

Symptoms

Outbound a Rest API of one of the external systems, the OIC reported an error: CASDK-0041: An error occurred while invoking the REST endpoint.[[java.io.IOException: Stream closed]] in half a minute.
Investigate OIC service limits document about timeouts for all outbound adapter invocations, there is no 30s timeout limit. From OIC instance activity stream log, throw 500 server internal error.

 Try to use CURL to invoke the Rest API several times and reproduced the 30-seconds timeout exception.
