FA:SCM:INV: Project Costing Attribute Error When Create Wo Supply Reservation for Wo Demand (Doc ID 3007860.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create reservation for the combination of Work Order Demand and Work Order Supply due to Project Costing Attributes error.

Create three items, two Item Structures and Work Definitions as follows:

-Items
Final Assembly Item A
Sub assembly Item B
PO Item C

-Item Structure for Final Assembly Item A
Final Assembly Item A
+ Sub assembly Item B

-Item Structure for Sub assembly Item B
Sub assembly Item B
+ PO Item C

-Work Definition for Final Assembly Item A
Operation Seq 10 > Operation Item : Sub assembly Item B (Qty:1, Push)

-Work Definition for Sub assembly Item B
Operation Seq 10 > Operation Item : PO Item C (Qty:1, Push)

Then create and release following 2 Work Orders
1. Work Order X to assemble Final Assembly Item A without Project Information
2. Work Order Y to assemble Sub assembly Item B without Project Information

And then, in the Create Reservations UI, search the WO Demand for Item B from Work Order X for and set another Work Order Y as Supply for it, and try to save it in order to create reservation.
However, the following error message appears:
 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new three items. Final Assembly Item A, Sub assembly Item B and PO Item C.

2. Create Item Structure for Final Assembly Item A:
     Final Assembly Item A
       + Sub assembly Item B
3. Create Item Structure for Sub assembly Item B:
     Sub assembly Item B
       + PO Item C

4. Define Work Definition for Final Assembly Item A. Operation Seq 10 > Operation Item : Sub assembly Item B (Qty:1, Push)
5. Define Work Definition for Sub assembly Item B. Operation Seq 10 > Operation Item : PO Item C (Qty:1, Push)
6. Create a Work Order X to assemble Final Assembly Item A without Project Information and release it.
7. Create an another Work Order Y to assemble Sub assembly Item B without Project Information
8. Create a reservation for the Work Order Demand for Item B of Work Order X with setting another Work Order Y as Supply
