Posted Journals and Related Transaction Details are Missing in the "Account Analysis Report" (Doc ID 3007877.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to find Posted Journal and related Transaction(Trx# xxx) details for multiple transactions in Account Analysis Report. Users have ensured correct parameters during running the report. Users are also able to find the Transaction and the Posted Journals in application. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Others> Financial Reporting Center
Search: Account Analysis Report
Run: Account Analysis Report with desired parameters, that includes transaction details need to be see.
Findings: Unable to find the journal and transaction details in the report output. Users are able to find the Transaction( Trx# xxx) in application that is transferred to General Ledger and posted.
