While creating a Checklist Descriptive Flexfield (DFF), the following error occurs:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.FND_DF_SEGMENTS_B_U1) violated.

Steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Extensible Flexfield
3. Open PER_PERSON_ALLOCATED_TASKS_DFF
4. Create new segment
