Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax rules are getting duplicated when CFA related rules are set for IC transfers, VAT is getting duplicated thrice
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VAT is getting duplicated thrice but it is expected to post only once based on CFA restriction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create tax rule for Intercompany stock movement within same VAT grouping (VAT grouping based on tsf_entity at store and WH level), CFA restriction is set for those WH and Stores with Same VG as CFA entity with Y/N. Rule defined with CFA restriction for both WH and Store
2. Create intercompany stock movement and perform shipment and receiving
3. Validate the tran_data postings in MFCS
4. Validate the GTS_TAX_DTL_TSF table for tax rule ID applied
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to see the correct VAT in the system.
