Symptoms

FTP process does not output to FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS when detailed cash flow output is selected.  No output is also found in either FSI_O_CASH_FLOW_OUTPUT or FTP_O_CASH_FLOW_OUTPUT tables after enabling audit in the FTP process.
