Responsive Self Service Procurement > My Requisitions
Unable to Edit Requisition/Create a Change Order.
The system returns an error
ERROR

Couldn't edit requisition The order is canceled, frozen, has a pending change order, or you can't edit an order with single or multiple requisitions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Requisitions
2. Select a requisition already approved with associated purchase order, status Ordered
3. Select Action Edit
4. See error
