ESS Job "Create Opening Balance Journals in Reporting Currency or Secondary Ledger" Is Not Showing Secondary Ledgers as Source Ledger Parameter During Job Submission (Doc ID 3008619.1)

Symptoms

Users are expecting to have Secondary Ledger as a "Source Ledger" parameter for the ESS Job "Create Opening Balance Journals in Reporting Currency or Secondary Ledger".
However, the "Source Ledger" parameter List of Value(LOV) is not showing any Secondary Ledger as a parameter.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Tools> Scheduled Processes> Search New Process[Click]
Search: "Create Opening Balance Journals in Reporting Currency or Secondary Ledger"
Findings: Basic Options> Parameters> Source Ledger LOV is not showing any Secondary Ledger as parameter.
