Clicking the Evaluate Button in Performance Document Results in Session Timeout (Doc ID 3008666.1)

Symptoms

When users click on the "Evaluate" button in the performance document, it results in a session timeout.

Error: A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

Navigation Steps:
1. Me > Career & Performance > Click on the document link and it took 1-2 minutes to open
2. Click on “Evaluate” to the right – This never opened and error is given
