A User's Group Membership Is Being Removed When the User's Account Is Toggled from Active to Inactive and Back Again (Doc ID 3008726.1)

Symptoms

When an Active User, who is a member of User Group(s), account is toggled from Active to Inactive and back Again after some time

Expected Result

The user's Group membership should be retained.

Actual Result

The user's Group membership(s) are removed.

The issue can be reproduced by below steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace Admin mode->User Administration.
  3. Edit user and set the user to Inactive->Check the user group A is under the Group tab.
  4. Navigate to User Groups and check the Group A's members tab, the inactive user is not listed there.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. After somewhile, set the user back to Active and check the Group tab again, the Group A is not there anymore.
