Symptoms
When try to generate E2B R3/R2 reports, getting some of the validation errors even though the respective data is available in Case Form.
Example:
1) C.2.r.4 - QualificationR3 - Please ensure that you have "Health Care Professional" field populated along with "Reporter Type" under General > Reporter Information section
2) C.5.4 - Observestudytype - If this is a study case, then ensure you have a valid value for OBSERVESTUDYTYPE via the drop down menu under General > Study Information > Observe Study Type
3) G.k.4.r.7 - DRUGBATCHUMB - Ensure there is a value under Product Tab > Dosage Regimen Section > Batch/Lot#
