Time Card Approvers Missing on Post Approval FYI Notification (Doc ID 3008877.1)

Symptoms

When the timecard creator receives their post approval FYI notification, no approver details are present in the approver section.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Submit Time Card
2. Manager Approves Time Card
3. Employee opens notification with title: "Your Time Entries from YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD Were Approved"
