Customer Order Cancellation Is Not Reducing The CUSTOMER_RESV Stock (Doc ID 3008914.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.1 version, Merch - Inventory Movement

We noticed a bug in the customer order Journey and below are the steps to recreate the issue.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
* Create customer for warehouse to Store and it will create transfer.
* Ship the transfer from warehouse to store.
* Receive the transfer in EICS/SOCS and you will notice the customer resv will increase in MFCS along with STOCK_ON_HAND(ITEM_LOC_SOH).
* Customer Order cancellation in MFCS is not reducing the customer resv but its updating in ORDCUST_DETAIL(QTY_CANCELLED_SUOM).
