Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Help Desk

Customer cannot copy or close a Service Request

Creating a new ticket also gives error

ERROR
-----------------------
The value of the attribute Channel Type isn't valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Nextgen HR Help Desk,
1. User login with 'My Help' app access.
2. User opens an existing request.
3. User selects either copy or close the request

Customer receives in both cases an error:
Channel Type is not valid
