B2B: Unable to Update Shared PurchaseList Properties (Doc ID 3008968.1)

Symptoms

In B2B site, one can share a purchaseList among the users within the same organization. However, the invited users cannot update any property including dynamic property through through store endpoint PUT /ccstore/v1/purchaseLists/{id} unless the user is the purchaseList's owner. Only lastModifiedTime and lastModifiedBy are updated.

Note: the purchaseList item's properties can be updated by any invited users through updateItems POST /ccstorre/v1/purchaseLists/{id}/updateItems
