Symptoms
Export Management select Filter returns Application Error when click Save and Close
Create an export activity for Partner. When selecting the Filter, click Save and Close, an Application Error is received.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application, navigate to Tools > Export Management
2. Submit an export activity for any object, let it complete
3. Create another export activity for Partner object. When selecting the Filter, click Save and Close, and an Application Error will show up.
