Symptoms

Getting "ACTIVITY_IS_NOT_ASSIGNED" error for message scenario when inventory is moved between technicians


ERROR

Message step fails with "ACTIVITY_IS_NOT_ASSIGNED"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add inventory to Tech A resource pool
2. Configure Message scenario for move_inventory launch condition
3. Configure 3 Message steps with recipients: resource, customer, use static address
4. Initiate inventory transfer by steps described in documentation
5. Go to Messages Report for Tech A
6. Message step with recipient: customer fails immediately with message ACTIVITY_IS_NOT_ASSIGNED.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, middleware doesn't receive the records of inventory transfer between technicians
