Symptoms

  PROBLEM STATEMENT: Routing plans are failing with 'no appropriate resources found' error
  ERROR (if applicable): 'no appropriate resources found'
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: The routing plan is not started.
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: The routing plan should be started and assigned activities.
  RECREATE STEPS:
- Run routing manually ir scheduled.
- The routing fails with message 'no appropriate resources found' and no activities are assigned.


  BUSINESS IMPACT: Activities are not routed so they cannot be started by field resources.
