Xadmin UI Does Not Show Some Old Deployment In Status COMPLETE (Doc ID 3009355.1)

Symptoms

On Xstore Office Cloud Service v 23.2.401.1

REPORTED ISSUE

In Xadmin, the setting "Number of Days to Keep Completed Deployments" is configured to be "-1" as per the documentation , this is believed to show all deployments and keep the deployment files indefinitely.
However, when this is set to this value, no previous deployments are shown to the operator.

REPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------------------------------------

1. Login in to Xadmin environment.
2. Navigate to "Deployments > View Deployments.
3. Set the filter to only show deployments marked as "COMPLETE".

At this point and with the value set, no deployments for previous days are shown.
