Activities Behind The Time Hint Do Not Open

Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT: For activities assigned to resources presented at the bottom in the Dispatch Console's time view, when the hint with the time and time zone is presented (bottom right side) and the activity is behind that hint, the activity details cannot be open.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: The activity hint is not presented and the activity details (double click) does not action:
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: The activity hint should be presented and the activity details should open.
RECREATE STEPS:
- Go to the Dispatch Console's time view.
- Select a Bucket or Organizational Unit with enough field resources to be shown until the bottom of the screen.
- Ensure that the last resource at the bottom of the screen has activities assigned at the bottom right side.
- Pass mouse pointer over the bottom right section until the hint with the time and time zone is presented.
- Click the hint and then click on the activity behind it.
- You will notice that the click are unresponsive.
BUSINESS IMPACT: The users are not able to open easily the activities at this location.
