Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting Ledgers and DAS, users are able to select different ledgers and able to see balances

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the user to be able to NOT see balances on ledgers users have not access


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inquire on Detail Balances
2. Set the DAS
3. On the Ledger LOV users are able to select any other ledger and see balances
