Fusion Global HR: Performance issue with Extracts (Doc ID 3009404.1)

Symptoms

HCM extracts are running slow and failing with following error in a log file.

ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number XXX with the name "_SYSSMU281_1019914833$" too small ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1726 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_GENERIC", line 714 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_GENERIC", line 2244 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_PROCESS", line 2100 ORA-06512: at line 1
