Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Setup

When attempting to run the Acquire Subscription Usage Data from an External Web Service job
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The child Subprocess errors out.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to scheduled processes > Run a new job > search the job.
2. Select the job > add parameters > submit process.
3. The child subprocess fails.
