Symptoms

User is getting an Alert message when attempting to send payment record to next step.

ERROR

"Record should be closed and re-opened for the system to merge the latest schedule of values".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment as the user.
  2. Navigate to the project.
  3. Go to Payment Applications.
  4. Open up record.
  5. Accept the record and then send the record to the approval step.
  6. Notice the alert box will display.
