Symptoms
When attempting login to Oracle Primavera Portal, the following error occurs:
ERROR
You Are Not Authorized To Run The Application. Please Contact Your Administrator
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a new user in Primavera Administration.
- Attempt login to the Oracle Primavera Portal as the new user.
- Note the error.
