Symptoms

Oracle Retail Xstore Office Cloud Service v23.2.401.2

Arabic description is not consumed into XOCS from MFCS

1 Create item in MFCS with short description entered in Arabic.

2. Refer to records in MERCHAPI_ITEM_MASTER and MERCHAPI_ITEM_LOC tables

3. The arabic description is seen in MERCHAPI_ITEM_LOC table - localshortdescription in the message field. (refer attached excel file for the records) Integrate data to XOCS and to XStore - Store ID 72466

4. The arabic description is not found in XOCS or XStore in the mnts that are created and consumed.
