OCI Database Management Service : Steps to configure the VCN when database was Span across multiple subnets (Doc ID 3009919.1)

Goal

The database was Span across multiple Subnets within a VCN.

For such databases, trying to enable the Database Management fails to pick the Subnet after selecting the VCN.
Both Database & the PE (Private Endpoint) have same VCN, but different Subnets.

This document will help us with an usecase to get over this situation.
